About Mark J. Rosenblum

Mark J. Rosenblum leads the firm’s business development efforts out of our office in Dallas with over twenty-five of experience including roles as Chief Accounting Officer for a Fortune 500 company, and Chief Financial Officer for several early stage life science companies and entities seeking initial public offerings or structured financings

Mark J. Rosenblum has over twenty-five of experience in executive leadership including roles as Chief Accounting Officer for a Fortune 500 company, and Chief Financial Officer for several early stage life science companies and entities seeking initial public offerings or structured financings.

Mark has extensive experience in manufacturing, early stage life science and is a recognized expert in structured financings, convertible promissory notes, and equity line financing. He has worked with some of the country’s largest legal and accounting firms yet considers himself a “hands on” accountant when working for his clients. Mr. Rosenblum began his career in public accounting with the New York office of Haskins and Sells (now Deloitte) and has been a licensed CPA for more than 30 years.

A significant portion of Mr. Rosenblum’s career was spent with Wellman, Inc. (now part of DAK Americas) a NYSE chemical manufacturer and at one time the world’s largest plastics recycler. Wellman always viewed itself as an entrepreneurial group even as the NJ based company grew from $125 million in revenue when Mark joined the company, to over $1.3 billion.

More recently, Mr. Rosenblum was the CFO and Secretary for a Princeton, NJ based NASDAQ pharmaceutical company where he led the efforts in refinancing the company and up listing to NASDAQ. Mr. Rosenblum also led the investor relations efforts for this growing immunotherapy company.

Mr. Rosenblum’s recognized expertise in early stage companies seeking to register securities with the Securities and Exchange Commission led him to another NJ based pharmaceutical company where he successfully filed an S-1 for a previously delisted company seeking a “re-IPO”. Other efforts include the CFO position at a Dallas, TX based early stage life science company , outsourced CFO functions, Debt to Equity restructurings, and establishing financial reporting for a startup technology company. Additionally, Mark has created and prepared numerous “investor packages” for use in banking presentations and conferences. He has presented at numerous “road show” efforts.
