Our management team at Brio consists of six seasoned CFO executives, with experience in finance and public accounting and an in house technical professional team that makes no problem too big to solve on time and on budget. Our team has extensive backgrounds in start-up incubation and acceleration, initial public offerings, alternative public offerings, venture capital, complex taxation, and SEC reporting.

Chief Operating Officer
Michael J. Losch serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and in that capacity he assists Brio personnel in serving both public and private company clients as well as developing additional business through his interactions with the financial and venture capital communities.

Gary Singer is our Manager of Private Company practice and has over twenty-five years of public accounting experience, along with ten years of private company experience as a Chief Financial Officer in various industries. He works closely with the venture capital community to assist start-up and early stage companies.
Robert DelAversano
Director of Financial Reporting & Taxation
Robert J. DelAversano heads up the firm’s public company practice and has over fifteen years of experience in accounting including thirteen years in public accounting. Much of his career has involved serving the accounting and tax needs of individuals, small to medium sized businesses and non-profit organizations
Brian Speck
Director of Financial Reporting
Brian M. Speck works with both our public and private company clients and has over fifteen years of experience in accounting including eleven years in public accounting. In serving the accounting and tax needs of individuals, small to medium sized businesses and non-profit organizations he has developed a specialty in Special Purpose Acquisition Company (“SPACS”) transactions.

Mark J. Rosenblum leads the firm’s business development efforts out of our office in Houston with over twenty-five of experience including roles as Chief Accounting Officer for a Fortune 500 company, and Chief Financial Officer for several early stage life science companies and entities seeking initial public offerings or structured financings
