David brings extensive experience in CFO advisory, financial reporting, capital markets, and supporting companies transitioning to the public markets through self-filings, reverse mergers, SPACs, and traditional IPOs.
Before founding Brio in 2010, David managed the Public Company and Hedge Fund practices at Bartolomei Pucciarelli, LLC and previously worked as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in New York.
